With extensive experience in property management, Sophie brings a strong track record of leading large-scale residential operations and management teams. Her career includes senior roles at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, CBRE and Knight Frank, with a focus on service excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic delivery.

In 2025, Sophie joined Lomond as Group Director of Property Management. Known for her deep industry knowledge and commitment to quality, she plays a key role in enhancing customer experience, driving operational standards, and supporting Lomond’s continued growth.
