Rob is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned M&A specialist with over 30 years of experience across property-related services. He has founded and led multiple successful businesses in the South East - including Charters Estate Agents, Mortgage Decisions and Trinity Rose, each built on a market-leading ethos and a commitment to innovation and excellence.

In 2024, Rob joined Lomond as Chief Revenue Officer for the South of England, where he leads strategic growth and revenue generation across the region. With deep expertise in private equity, strategic investment and business integration, Rob plays a pivotal role in driving Lomond’s expansion and delivering long-term value for shareholders.
