Paul Clarke

Chief Revenue Officer North West / Midlands

With a strong track record in estate agency, franchising and business growth, Paul brings extensive experience as an entrepreneurial leader and seasoned executive. He has held senior roles at some of the UK’s most recognised property brands, leading marketing, sales and proposition development across national networks.

In 2025, Paul joined Lomond as Chief Revenue Officer for the Midlands and North West. A co-founder of Mr and Mrs Clarke, a boutique estate agency franchise acquired by Belvoir, he brings a unique blend of commercial insight, innovation and leadership to Lomond’s executive team, driving regional growth and strategic expansion.
