Josie leads the Group’s communications strategy across our regional brands and Lomond. She is responsible for defining and delivering the Group’s PR, email and social media strategy, as well as overseeing acquisition communications, that strengthen brand visibility, support growth and enhance business performance.

With a background spanning the advertising agency sector, and extensive experience across property and financial services, Josie brings both strategic insight and operational precision to her role. Educated at the University of Oxford and fluent in Spanish, she is a strong advocate for the power of clear, effective communication in driving organisational success.
