James Leverton

Head of Asset Management

With over 25 years of experience in residential lettings and asset management, James brings a strong track record of operational leadership and strategic delivery. His career includes more than 16 years at Marsh & Parsons, where he served as Board Director for Lettings Services, overseeing key functions and driving performance across the business.

In 2024, James joined Lomond as Head of Asset Management. Known for his deep industry knowledge and hands-on approach, he plays a pivotal role in shaping Lomond’s asset strategy and supporting its continued growth.
