In 2023 Fiona joined Lomond as Head of Governance. Known for her adaptability and leadership, she plays a key role in supporting Lomond’s executive team to continually improve frameworks for risk management and compliance to ensure the core principles of good governance underpin the organization's long-term sustainability, growth and creation of value for all stakeholders.
