With over a decade of experience in training, coaching and talent development, Eric brings a passion for energising teams and unlocking individual potential. He has built a reputation for delivering engaging, high-impact programmes across customer experience, sales and communication.

In 2024, Eric joined Lomond as Group Head of Learning & Development. Known for his interactive style and strategic mindset, he leads a team of trainers and partners with the business to design and deliver learning solutions that support growth, performance, and a strong learning culture across the group.
