Chief Technology Officer

With extensive experience in technology leadership, Doug brings a strong track record of driving innovation and transformation across product, design and software engineering functions. His career includes executive roles at Exponential and Peach, where he led strategic initiatives across global teams and delivered scalable digital solutions.

In 2025, Doug joined Lomond as Chief Technology Officer. Known for his deep understanding of how to solve customer pain points with technology and passion for building high-performing teams, he plays a key role in accelerating Lomond’s digital evolution and enhancing its tech-enabled property services.
