Carl brings extensive expertise in corporate development and M&A, with a proven track record in strategic acquisitions and financial leadership. He began his career at S&W, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before moving to CBRE, where he executed strategic acquisitions and played a key role in driving corporate growth.
 

In 2024, Carl joined Lomond as M&A Director, leading growth and expansion initiatives across the UK. With a sharp eye for opportunity and a collaborative approach, he is helping to strengthen Lomond’s national presence and support its continued success.
