Lomond’s latest deal involves the acquisition of independent estate and lettings agent, Oakwood Homes.
Founded by the husband-and-wife team of Andrew and Teresa Dickinson, the business has been serving buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords across Kent for two decades and currently manages some 900 properties with its signature people-first approach to business.
Lomond looks to build on its recently established presence in the county with this second acquisition, as the region proves to be a key area of interest for the firm’s ambitious growth plans across the South East of England.
Lomond has now acquired two of the leading businesses within the Kent estate agency sector, providing the business with the ideal foundation for further growth.
