Lomond, a leading lettings and estate agency network, is proud to announce that, for the third year in a row, it has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Construction, Engineering and Property by Great Place To Work® UK.

Following Lomond’s latest acquisition of Ocean in Bristol, the network now spans 10 regions across the UK. Earlier this year, the organisation also announced its expansion into the Thames Valley and Liverpool regions with the acquisition of both Prospect and Homesure, two highly regarded brands in their respective regions.
Today’s recognition is Lomond’s third achievement of the year as an employer, having also been included in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for 2026 in the Very Big Organisation category, as well as named one of Great Place to Work UK’s Best Places to Work for Development this year alongside.
The organisation has grown substantially over the past five years and now employs over 3,000 people, with a compelling employer proposition that includes a commitment to training, progression and collaboration, but above all, Lomond is an inclusive workplace where people are encouraged to learn and thrive together.
Paul Geddes, Group CEO of Lomond said:
"At Lomond, we believe that our success is built on the service we deliver to our clients, and this comes from the dedication, expertise and ambition of our people who serve them. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, valued, and empowered to develop fulfilling careers.
The property sector is evolving rapidly, and attracting, developing and retaining great people has never been more important. We’re proud to invest heavily in learning, leadership development, and wellbeing initiatives because we know that when our people thrive, our business and wider network of clients succeed too."
Clare Wakeford, Chief People Officer at Lomond said:
"Being recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Construction, Engineering & Property for the third year running is a brilliant milestone that reflects the strength of Lomond, giving each of our brands the backing of a national group while preserving their local identity and expertise. This award belongs to every person across Lomond who makes it a genuinely great place to work."
The network continues to strengthen its diversity and inclusion programmes, and its wellbeing offering, ensuring employees feel valued, supported and empowered to achieve their full potential at work.
With mergers and acquisitions remaining central to Lomond's growth strategy, maintaining a strong, collaborative culture across an expanding network of businesses is a key priority. Lomond is committed to making sure its employees feel connected to the wider organisation while championing the local expertise found across the regions.
Alongside its focus on people and culture, Lomond continues to support charitable and community initiatives throughout the country, helping colleagues give back to the communities within which they live and work. These efforts, combined with Lomond's commitment to employee development and wellbeing, establish a workplace culture truly built around its WISE values of Wisdom, Integrity, Success and Evolution.
