Lomond Grows its Portfolio with Major Acquisition of Prospect Estate and Lettings Agency

Lomond has announced its latest acquisition, expanding into new territory in the Thames Valley with the purchase of Prospect, a leading independent lettings and estate agency operating across Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire.

Celebrating 3 Years at Lomond HQ!

This month marks three years since Lomond moved into our group headquarters at 70 St Mary Axe in the City of London, and what a journey it’s been.

From modest beginnings with just two desks, when our Group Chief Executive Ed Phillips and Chief Operating Officer Lucy Jones first moved in, we’ve now expanded to 120 desks, having just completed yet another expansion this month.

Our HQ is now proudly home to 100 talented colleagues across 14 central departments, working in close partnership with our colleagues across all 8 of our operational regions. From the M&A engine room driving our growth strategy, to the L&D team shaping the career progression of our colleagues throughout the business, the behind-the-scenes work that goes on here has played a critical role in our success story so far.
