Systems Integration Manager

We’re looking for a Systems Integration Manager to lead system migrations and integrations for newly acquired businesses. You’ll manage data migration into core platforms (particularly Reapit) and support go-live activity on-site, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data migrations and system integrations into Lomond platforms
• Configure and optimise systems including Reapit, Fixflo, and Goodlord
• Manage multiple integration projects, ensuring delivery to deadlines
• Support on-site go-live activity across the UK
• Act as the main contact for incoming businesses during integrations
• Liaise with internal teams and external system providers to resolve issues

Skills & Experience

• Experience in systems integration or migrations (property sector preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Reapit (essential)
• Knowledge of Fixflo/Goodlord (desirable)
• Strong project management and data analysis skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
