  • Conducting property viewings and providing timely feedback to landlords
  • Negotiating offers between applicants and landlords to secure successful tenancies
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and local market knowledge
  • Advising clients on lettings legislation, compliance, and KFH’s full range of services
  • Supporting and coaching less experienced team members to help them succeed

What can you bring to the role?

  • A proven track record as an experienced lettings negotiator, ideally within the London market
  • Excellent customer service and strong negotiation skills
  • Clear and confident communication – face-to-face, phone, and email
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and compliance requirements
  • NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management (or equivalent) is desirable
