What’s the role?
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the face of KFH for landlords and tenants alike. You’ll guide clients through the lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy completion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout. You’ll also act as a role model within the team, supporting colleagues and helping drive branch success.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Registering and qualifying applicants and landlords, ensuring accurate details in our CRM system
- Conducting property viewings and providing timely feedback to landlords
- Negotiating offers between applicants and landlords to secure successful tenancies
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and local market knowledge
- Advising clients on lettings legislation, compliance, and KFH’s full range of services
- Supporting and coaching less experienced team members to help them succeed
What can you bring to the role?
- A proven track record as an experienced lettings negotiator, ideally within the London market
- Excellent customer service and strong negotiation skills
- Clear and confident communication – face-to-face, phone, and email
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets
- Knowledge of housing legislation and compliance requirements
- NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management (or equivalent) is desirable
