We’re looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join our Worthing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, love building relationships, and know how to turn viewings into deals, we want to hear from you. This is a full time position paying an OTE up to £45,000

What you’ll do:

• Build strong client relationships and guide customers through the property market
• Conduct engaging property viewings
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Stay ahead of market trends and industry regulations

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales or customer service experience, property experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and detail-focused
• A supportive team player with a proactive mindset
