Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located at Chester, with a realistic OTE range of £28,000 - £30,000 pa.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Registering buyers & applicants on to an electronic database.
- Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
- Handling in bound leads through various property portals.
- Provide constructive and informative feedback to Vendors.
- Generate and negotiate offers to get sales and lets agreed.

- Previous sales experience.
