At KFH we are looking for a Safety Compliance Team Manager to join our Property Management team in KFH house, Wimbledon.

What’s the role?
As Safety Compliance Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of six consultants to ensure all landlord safety obligations across our property portfolio are fully compliant with legislation and internal standards. this role is based in Wimbledon and has an OTE range of £42,000 - £45,000 pa.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing statutory safety certifications (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, smoke and CO alarms) and ensuring timely renewals
- Leading pre-tenancy audits to confirm compliance before move-in
- Driving continuous improvement and producing compliance performance reports for senior management
- Collaborating with contractors and internal teams to maintain high standards and accurate documentation
What can you bring to the role?
- Strong understanding of residential property compliance legislation and safety requirements – essential for maintaining our reputation and legal obligations.
- Proven experience managing a compliance or property operations team.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Confident communication skills to influence and engage at all levels.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Reapit & FixFlo is preferred.
- (ARLA or similar property qualification is desirable.)
