This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Harrogate & Ripon Branches.
As a Property Manager, you will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure properties are maintained.
The role is very varied and means every day is different and challenging, duties within this role are:
The ideal candidate with have experience of all the above disciplines and also a sound knowledge of current lettings legislation, an understanding of fair wear & tear, betterment and depreciation, however, training is also available if your background is not within Property Management and you are looking for a new challenging and rewarding career.
