Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our London office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. The salary range on offer is £30,000 - £35,000
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Managing a London-based residential property portfolio approx. 150-200 properties across multiple landlords
- Organising & recommending maintenance works
- Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant to include gas, electrical and fire safety
- Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords
- Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements
- Arrangement of inspections, inventories & check-outs of our customers
- Working with external suppliers to fulfil your role
