We are looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join us in Manchester!
The role;
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team through regular coaching, training, and development
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance, quality control, and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with landlords and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team growth while championing motivation and recognition
- Report key performance metrics and contribute to strategic goals
What we are looking for;
- A proven leader with a passion for people and property
- Organised, empathetic, and solutions-focused
- Ideally ARLA qualified or adjacent
- Experienced in residential property management required.
- Team Leadership and Team Development
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
- Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the team energised
