Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester City Centre. We are offering a realistic OTE of £28,000.
Let's talk about the role, it involves;
- Registration and management of Letting applicants
- Arranging & completing viewings/appointments
- Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls
- Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords
- Generate and negotiate offers to get lets agreed
- Complete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
- Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions
