Lettings Client Accountant

We are looking for a Client Accountant to join us in Hammersmith.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

  • Respond to TT/LL/Office/PM Queries
  • Make Tenancies Active – Raising Charges, Checking T&C and TA's
  • Sending First Statement/Invoice to Non-Rent Collect Landlords
  • Updating Rent & Fee Schedules on Renewals – Check T&C and TA's
  • Deposit Returns, De-register Deposits
  • Deregister Deposit from TDS
  • Tenant Refunds
  • Landlord Refunds – Checking Approvals
  • Updating LL & TT Bank Details – Logging Relevant Verification
  • Portfolio Reporting
  • Income & Expenditure

  • Experience of working in previous similar role or a Finance environment.
  • QPM experience is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT Literate/good knowledge Microsoft packages/Excel/Word.
  • Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities and diversity.
  • Demonstrable experience of administrative systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the lettings or sales market.
