Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Assisting the team with all aspects of administration
- Keep all property files and computer records up-to-date
- General office housekeeping such as filing, scanning, opening post, typing minutes and notes, taking phone messages
- Learning company systems and procedures
- Assisting the staff and senior management with adhoc tasks as and when required
