Inventory Clerk

We are looking for a detail-focused Inventory Clerk to join our team. You'll carry out property inventory, check-in and check-out inspections, producing accurate reports that provide an objective record of each property's condition.

This role requires you to travel across a portfolio of residential properties within the Brighton and Hove area. You'll capture photographic evidence, identify maintenance issues, assess property cleanliness and maintain accurate records while delivering a professional service to tenants, landlords and colleagues.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct property inventory, check-in and check-out inspections.
• Produce clear, accurate reports supported by photographic evidence.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Communicate professionally with tenants and property owners during inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure work complies with relevant legislation and company procedures.
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality, efficient inventory service.

What we're looking for

• Experience in property inventories, lettings, property management or a similar environment would be beneficial.
• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Confidence using digital devices and reporting software.
