An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Head of Client Portfolio Management. The salary package on offer is up to £75,000 dependent on experience.

The role

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Property Management and Senior Property Management teams to deliver outstanding service and operational standards.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for escalations, performance discussions, and strategic reviews.
  • Oversee the performance of property portfolios, ensuring delivery against client SLAs, budgets, and compliance obligations.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Client Accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely financial and performance reporting.
  • Monitor portfolio performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and client value creation.
  • Ensure consistency of service delivery across all regions and client accounts.
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Prepare and deliver regular portfolio and performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 3 years, in property management or a related client service environment.
  • Strong track record of managing teams and delivering performance through others.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of operational and financial drivers.
  • Experience in portfolio reporting, SLA management, and client satisfaction initiatives.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
  • Confident communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
