We're looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner to join Lomond in London on a 12-month fixed term contract. Working in a hybrid pattern with two days from home and three days in the office, you'll report to the Senior Employee Relations Business Partner and play a key role in supporting one of the UK's leading property groups. This is an opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, lead complex employee relations activity and help shape people practices across a fast-growing, acquisitive organisation.
As a trusted partner to operational leaders across multiple brands, you'll provide expert guidance on complex people matters while supporting organisational change, cultural integration and operational transformation. You'll bring a commercially minded approach to employee relations, helping leaders navigate challenges confidently while ensuring consistency, compliance and positive business outcomes.
