An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Compliance Coordinator based in Herne Bay. The salary package on offer is £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience.

The role;
- Support the business by keeping up to date with regulatory and compliance standards and aligning company processes and policies accordingly
- Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner in line with the business standards
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
- Investigating and making informed decisions in line with our policies
- Meeting deadlines and SLAs appropriate to your role
What we are looking for;
- You will be a natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with Commercial clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
- You will have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
- You will be dedicated to delivering a first-class customer experience and supporting our clients in the end-to-end process of leasing or selling their commercial property.
