Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager. This is a full time, permanent position located in Didsbury.
This role offers a realistic OTE of £35,000 (uncapped)
Let's talk about the role, it involves:
- Generate new business opportunities
- Advising Landlords on market values/behaviours for potential buy-to-let purchases
- Support the Lettings & Investment Manager with undertaking Lettings Market Appraisals
- Registration and management of your personal applicants
- Generate offers and negotiate lets
- Complete all necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
- Support the process of bringing new properties to the market
- Update marketing material by taking photographs and filming video tours
