2010

Company launched under Lomond Capital.

2013

We acquired Thornley Groves – our first official acquisition putting a footprint on the North-West.

2014

We further grew across the Midlands, South Coast and Yorkshire; forming brands of John Shepherd, Brand Vaughan and Dale Eddison.

2018

Linley & Simpson secures £10m growth investment from LDC. Lomond Capital and Linley & Simpson later partner to form a portfolio of over 20,000 properties.
